Ph.D. Student
Chungche Huang is a Ph.D. student in Computational Linguistics at National Taiwan University. Extending from his Master's thesis on multilingual Psycholinguistics, he currently researches Language and Thought in the Multilingual Brain using computational and mathematical modeling methods. His research aims to answer two questions:
1. How multilingual speakers coordinate several linguistic systems within a shared cognitive architecture in their brains, and
2. How can we develop computational and mathematical models that capture these processes to inform future artificial intelligence technologies?
Prior to his doctoral studies, he served as a tenure-track Faculty Mandarin Lecturer and a Web Application Developer in Thailand for over a decade. Passionate about using technology for social good, he has helped fair trade businesses optimize their e-commerce strategies, facilitating the creation of over 200 jobs in Nepal.
