Chih-Han Lin is a second-year master's student at the Graduate Institute of Linguistics, National Taiwan University, advised by Prof. Shukai Hsieh. His research sits at the intersection of computational linguistics and sociolinguistics, with a focus on lexical semantic change, neologism diffusion, and community-level language dynamics in online social platforms. He is particularly interested in applying NLP methods, including diachronic word embeddings and epidemiological diffusion models to large-scale social media corpora such as PTT.
