Paper Accepted for Oral Presentation at LLU 2026

Congratulations to Ph.D. student Chungche Huang and Postdoc Po-Ya Angela Wang! Their paper “What Learner Language Reveals About the Language and Thought Dissociation in LLMs”, co-authored with Shu-Kai Hsieh, has been accepted for oral presentation at LLU 2026, to be held in Taipei.

The work draws on learner language to examine the dissociation between language and thought in large language models, engaging with the conference’s theme on the concept of “understanding a language.”

恭喜博士生 黃崇哲 與博士後研究員 王伯雅！與 謝舒凱 教授合著的論文 〈What Learner Language Reveals About the Language and Thought Dissociation in LLMs〉獲 LLU 2026 錄取為口頭發表，會議將於臺北舉行。

本研究藉由分析學習者語言，探討大型語言模型中語言與思維分離的現象，呼應本屆會議「理解一個語言」的核心主題。
